The Feldenkrais Method® is named after Dr Moshe Feldenkrais, an engineer, physicist, martial arts master and educator born in the Ukraine in 1904.

It is taught in two ways:

GROUP CLASSES (Awareness through Movement®)
Guided sequences of varied movements, leading you to explore new and improved ways of using your self.

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS (Functional Integration®)
Lessons designed to meet your particular needs, using gentle hands-on work to help you find new possibilties for moving with ease.

Many people come to Feldenkrais for help with chronic back problems, RSI, or patterns of tension and stress. Some come for help with neurological conditions, such as MS, cerebral palsy or stroke. Some want to develop existing skills in sports, music, dance or other areas. It is invaluable for anyone who wants to improve their ability both to move and to rest.
